Craig C. Bram
Mr. Bram became CEO, President and a director of Synalloy on January 24, 2011. From 2004 until September 24, 2010, he served as a director of the Company. He has over 30 years’ experience in business management, financial operations, logistics, management consulting, business start-ups and strategic planning for a variety of companies. Mr. Bram received his BBA in Marketing from James Madison University, graduating Summa cum Laude. He also received his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a concentration in Finance.
Richard D. Sieradzki
Mr. Sieradzki, a certified public accountant, was named Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance effective June 18, 2010. He served as interim CFO from April 5, 2010 until his appointment as CFO and Vice President, Finance. In June 2007, he joined Synalloy as Assistant Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining the Company, he was employed by Buffets, Inc. – Ryan’s Division as Divisional Vice President, Finance from 2006 to 2007 and from 1988 to 2006, he was Vice President, Accounting and Corporate Controller at Ryan’s Restaurant Group, Inc. He received his B. S. degree from Indiana University at South Bend.
Cheryl C. Carter
Ms. Carter has been Corporate Secretary since joining Synalloy in 1987 and was named Director of Human Resources in 2006. She received her B. S. degree from the University of South Carolina.
J. Kyle Pennington
Kyle Pennington was named President of Bristol Metals, LLC in June 2011. He was President of Brismet Pipe Division from September 2009 to June 2011 and served as Vice President of Manufacturing, Bristol Metals from December 2007 through September 2009. Prior to joining Bristol Metals in 2007, Mr. Pennington worked 17 years in the metals industry including 12 years’ experience in executive management and service on the Board of Directors of Texas & Northern Industries, a Lone Star Steel subsidiary. He received his B.S. in Business Management degree from the University of Tennessee.
Charles (Chuck) E. Stieg
Charles (Chuck) E. Stieg joined Manufacturers Chemicals, LLC in 1987 and served as Vice President of Operations from 1997 until his promotion to President in 2008. He earned his B. A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga .
