What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
What motivates me to wake up and go to work is making a better life for my two daughters.
What do you do at our company? Explain.
I am the 9 mill operator on the rotating shift but I also run other mills when I am needed to.
What makes you wake up and come to work every day?
I try to stay busy and working helps me reach my goals in life.
What has been your favorite project (or aspect of your job) so far?
My favorite project so far at Bristol Metals was when I was asked to assist in maintenance repairing the crane. I had a fear of heights and going up on the crane helped me face my fear and I was proud of myself.
Apart from your work, what are some side projects or hobbies you have outside of the office?
A side project of mine is that I am working on investing in real estate.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
What people do not know about me is that I will be 30 years old soon and I have two daughters.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Did you take it?
The best advice I received was when I took my crane training. I was told slow and steady will keep everyone safe. I remember those words every time I operate the crane.
