Craig C. Bram
Mr. Bram became CEO, President and a director of Synalloy on January 24, 2011. From 2004 until September 24, 2010, he served as a director of the Company. He has over 30 years’ experience in business management, financial operations, logistics, management consulting, business start-ups and strategic planning for a variety of companies. Mr. Bram received his B.B.A. in Marketing from James Madison University, graduating Summa cum Laude. He also received his M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a concentration in Finance.
Dennis Loughran, joined the company on July 13, 2015 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His experience includes nineteen years with Reynolds Metals Company in various financial and operations roles and six years as Vice President Finance and Supply Chain with Alcoa Consumer Products. More recently, he served eight years as the Chief Financial Officer for Rogers Corporation (NYSE:ROG) and privately owned Citadel Plastics, a company he and the management team brought to a successful merger with A Schulman, Inc. in June 2015. He has a broad background in international business management, financial reporting, planning and analysis, profit improvement, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain optimization, tax and treasury management and investor relations.
Dennis attended the University of Richmond, where he was a scholarship athlete in football and attained a BS in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) with a major in Accounting. He also received his M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a concentration in Finance. Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant.
Sally M. Cunningham
Ms. Cunningham joined the Company in October 2015 as Vice President of Corporate Administration. Prior to Synalloy, she was Vice President, Finance and Operations at ICF International (NYSE: ICFI). Ms. Cunningham has a broad background in business operations, administration, mergers and acquisitions and finance across a number of industries. Ms. Cunningham received her B.B.A. in Accounting from the College of William and Mary and her M.B.A. from the University of Richmond. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Richard D. Sieradzki
Mr. Sieradzki, a certified public accountant, was named Chief Accounting Officer effective July 13, 2015. Rick served as Synalloy’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance from 2010 to 2015. In June 2007, Rick joined Synalloy as Assistant Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining the Company, he was employed by Buffets, Inc. – Ryan’s Division as Divisional Vice President, Finance from 2006 to 2007 and from 1988 to 2006, he was Vice President, Accounting and Corporate Controller at Ryan’s Restaurant Group, Inc. He received his B. S. degree from Indiana University at South Bend.
Ms. Blagg, a certified public accountant, joined Synalloy Corporation in August 2011 and was named Corporate Controller in January 2014. Prior to joining Synalloy Corporation, she began her career and spent six years in public accounting, specializing in the external audits of manufacturing companies, governmental and special purpose entities, and employee benefit plans. She received her B.B.A. in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia, graduating Cum Laude.
Mr. Padden became the Corporate Director of IT at Synalloy in 2012. Prior to Synalloy, Mike had a 13 year tenure with the Smithfield Packing Company where he held a variety of positions within IT until his last assignment as Director of IT. Mike received his B.S.B.A. in Management of Information Systems from East Carolina University.
Mr. Peay became General Counsel of Synalloy in 2012. Prior to joining Synalloy, Robby managed a privately held business from 2008 to 2012 and, prior to that experience, worked as a mergers and acquisitions attorney for two prominent Virginia-based law firms. Robby holds a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College, where he played varsity baseball, a J.D. from the University of Richmond, and a M.B.A. from the University of Richmond.
J. Kyle Pennington
Kyle Pennington was named President, Synalloy Metals, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, effective January 1, 2013. Mr. Pennington served as President, Bristol Metals, LLC, a subsidiary of the Company from July 2011 until December 31, 2012. He was President, Bristol Metals, LLC’s BRISMET Pipe Division from September 2009 to July 2011; and Vice President, Manufacturing, Bristol Metals, LLC from December 2007 through September 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pennington worked for 17 years in the metals industry including 12 years’ experience in executive management and service on the Board of Directors of Texas & Northern Industries, a Lone Star Steel Company subsidiary. He received his B.S. in Business Management degree from the University of Tennessee.
Greg Gibson graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA from the University of North Alabama. Greg has many years experienced in both the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Since joining our company in 2005, Greg Gibson has provided expertise in building client relationships, growing product market share, sales profitability and developing and executing sales strategies.
John Tidlow joined Bristol Metals, LLC in October 2001. He serves as Executive Vice President, Synalloy Metals, Inc. and manages international sales. He has worked as VP of Marketing and Planning VP of Purchasing and General Manager of Fabrication. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from Villanova University.
Mr. Baroff has served as President of Specialty Pipe & Tube since March, 2001. Previously he served as VP Sales & Marketing and has nearly 30 years’ experience in the master distribution of heavy wall carbon steel pipe and tubing. Mr. Baroff received his B.A. in Finance from University of Florida.
