Craig C. Bram
Craig C. Bram became President and CEO in January 2011 and has been a Director of the Company since 2004. He has over 30 years’ experience in business management, financial operations, logistics, management consulting, business start-ups and strategic planning for a variety of companies. Mr. Bram received his B.B.A. in Marketing from James Madison University, graduating Summa cum Laude. He also received his M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a concentration in Finance.
Dennis M. Loughran
Dennis M. Loughran joined the Company in July 2015 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His experience includes nineteen years with Reynolds Metals Company in various financial and operations roles and six years with Alcoa Consumer Products. More recently, he served eight years as the Chief Financial Officer for Rogers Corporation (NYSE:ROG) He has a broad background in international business management, financial reporting, planning and analysis, profit improvement, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain optimization, tax and treasury management and investor relations. Mr. Loughran attended the University of Richmond, where he was a scholarship athlete in football and attained a BS in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) with a major in Accounting. He also received his M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a concentration in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Sally M. Cunningham
Sally M. Cunningham joined the Company in October 2015 as Vice President of Corporate Administration and Corporate Secretary. Prior to Synalloy, she was Vice President, Finance and Operations at ICF International (NYSE: ICFI). Ms. Cunningham has a broad background in business operations, administration, mergers and acquisitions and finance across a number of industries. Ms. Cunningham received her B.B.A. in Accounting from the College of William and Mary and her M.B.A. from the University of Richmond. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mike Padden joined the Company in 2012 as the Corporate Director of IT. In June of 2017, Mike was promoted to Chief Information Officer. Prior to Synalloy, he had a 13 year tenure with the Smithfield Packing Company where he held a variety of positions within IT including his last assignment as Director of IT. Mr. Padden received his B.S.B.A. in Management of Information Systems from East Carolina University.
Chris T. Campbell
Chris T. Campbell joined the Company in July 2016 as Director of Compliance and Controls. Prior to Synalloy, he served for four years as the Chief Audit Executive for Ntelos Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: NTLS) and for thirteen years in the Corporate Audit function of Capital One (NYSE: COF). Mr. Campbell began his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He has a broad background in internal audit, SOX compliance, ethics and fraud investigations, and enterprise risk management practices, spanning several industries. Mr. Campbell received his B.B.A in Accounting from James Madison University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Peay became General Counsel of Synalloy in 2012. Prior to joining Synalloy, Robby managed a privately held business from 2008 to 2012 and, prior to that experience, worked as a mergers and acquisitions attorney for two prominent Virginia-based law firms. Mr. Peay holds a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College, where he played varsity baseball, a J.D. from the University of Richmond, and a M.B.A. from the University of Richmond.
Greg Gibson was named President, Synalloy Chemicals in April 2015, with business unit responsibility for both Manufacturers Chemicals and CRI Tolling. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Administration for Manufacturers Chemicals from 2011 to 2015 and held various sales roles at Manufacturers Chemicals from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Gibson has many years of experience in both the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and proven expertise in building client relationships, growing product market share, sales profitability and developing and executing sales strategies. Mr. Gibson graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA from the University of North Alabama.
J. Kyle Pennington
Kyle Pennington was named President, Synalloy Metals in January 2013, with business unit responsibility for Bristol Metals, Palmer of Texas and Specialty Pipe & Tube. Previously, Mr. Pennington served as President, Bristol Metals from July 2011 until December 2012; President, Bristol Metals’ BRISMET Pipe Division from September 2009 to July 2011; and Vice President, Manufacturing, Bristol Metals from December 2007 through September 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pennington worked for 17 years in the metals industry including 12 years’ experience in executive management and service on the Board of Directors of Texas & Northern Industries, a Lone Star Steel Company subsidiary. He received his B.S. in Business Management degree from the University of Tennessee.
John C. Tidlow
John C. Tidlow joined Bristol Metals in October 2001. He currently serves as Executive Vice President, Synalloy Metals. Previously, Mr. Tidlow served as Vice President of Marketing and Planning, Vice President of Purchasing and General Manager of Fabrication. Mr. Tidlow received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from Villanova University.
Mr. Baroff has served as President of Specialty Pipe & Tube since March 2001. Previously, he served as Vice President Sales and Marketing and has over 30 years experience in the master distribution of heavy wall carbon steel pipe and tubing. Mr. Baroff received his B.A. in Finance from University of Florida.
Maria Haughton Roberson
Maria Haughton Roberson joined American Stainless Tubing, Inc at its inception in 1994 and was voted President in 2009. Ms. Haughton Roberson is on the Board of MSCI, an advocacy group for the metals industry, serves on the Tubular Council and is Treasurer of her local Chapter. She is very active in her local community including 10 years of working with the Lake Norman Humane as well as serving on the board of the Statesville Chamber, the Statesville Economic Development Corporation and was an active member of the Statesville Jaycees for many years. Ms. Haughton Roberson received her B.A. in Accounting from Gardner Webb College and her M.B.A. from The University of Alabama.
